- Large scale renovations and remodels (i.e., kitchen & bath remodels, structural changes, exterior changes, etc.) are priced on a per project basis. Large scale renovations are usually Full Service design as they are more intricate and require project management. This gives us the ability to project manage in addition to selecting all the finishes.
What is the Full Service Design Package?
The Luxury Full Service Interior Design package is our very best package and design service we offer at Marianne Elizabeth Design. Our exclusive 3 Phase Design Process will take your space from meh to WOW, while we plan and manage all aspects of your project from start to finish. If you like attention to detail just as much as we do, this is the package for you.
This package is the most stress-free option for our clients, as ME Design takes care of it all! You are simply to sit back and enjoy the Interior Design process from afar and let us work our Magic. We take care of all the details and really give you that "HGTV" moment at the final reveal phase.
Please note prices are per space. Marianne offers "bundled" rates when you combine 3 or more spaces together. Smaller spaces such as a foyer, laundry room, and powder rooms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Is Full Service Design right for me?

Design Plan Phase:
- Luxury Design Consultation
- Design Scope Proposal/Letter of Agreement
- Conceptual style plan & mood boards
- Detailed design plan including all finishes, lighting, and furniture (if applicable)
- A "Trade Day" (if necessary)
- Conceptual accessories plan
- Quoting of products & budget created
- Design Plan Presentation with ME Design
Build & Order Phase:
- Design Plan approval
- Ordering of all furnishings and products & order tracking
- Scheduling and installation planning
- Construction and renovation management
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
Completion Phase:
- Final installation planning
- Reveal Day preparations
- Delivery & installation of final items
- Reveal Day & photography
- Final walk through
